Points Clear is not a law firm, a court or a traffic school. Rules are checked against official sources on the date shown. Your citation and your court decide.

Points Clear compares the details you enter with rules that states and courts publish. Using it creates no lawyer and client relationship, and it never tells you how to plead. For advice on your case, speak to a lawyer licensed in the state on your ticket.

The published rule, and your court

Each answer says what the published rule allows. The court on your citation applies the rule and may decide differently, for example on the deadline, the fees or whether it accepts a course. Read the instructions on your citation or courtesy notice and ask the court before you act.

Accuracy

We read the rules on official pages and show the month we checked each one. Laws, court rules and fees change, and a rule can change the day after we check it.

Course providers

Points Clear is not a traffic school and sells no course. Providers set their own terms, prices and refund rules, which we do not control. When you buy a course, your agreement is with that provider.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the site, including a missed deadline or a course your court does not accept.

Dutch law governs these terms.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
