Montana traffic school rules
Montana has no course program for tickets, so a course dismisses nothing and takes no points off. A voluntary course may lower your insurance premium, and your insurer decides.
Rules checked
Montana publishes no state traffic school that dismisses a ticket or removes points. Insurers must give drivers aged 55 or older a premium reduction for finishing an approved highway traffic safety program. A daytime speeding ticket of 10 mph or less over (5 at night) on most limits stays off your driving record by law, unless you hold a CDL or were over 90 mph.
