Hawaii traffic school rules
Hawaii has no course program for tickets. There is nothing for a course to dismiss and no points for it to take off.
Rules checked
Hawaii publishes no traffic school or defensive driving option that dismisses a ticket or removes points, and the state dropped its point system in 1997. The Judiciary's own driver education classes are court-ordered for offenders, for example after a DUI conviction or when a judge finds a pattern of violations within 12 months. Your choices on a ticket are to admit and pay, or to contest it or explain mitigating circumstances in court.
