Kansas traffic school rules
Kansas has no course program for tickets. There is nothing for a course to dismiss and no points for it to take off, though some local courts run their own programs.
Rules checked
Kansas has no state traffic school that dismisses a ticket and no point system. City and county prosecutors may offer a diversion agreement case by case, and a completed diversion leads to dismissal; that decision is local, so check with the court on your citation. If three moving violations in 12 months put your license at risk, the state may let a non-CDL driver attend a driver improvement clinic to keep driving. Small speeding tickets (up to 10 over on 55 to 75 mph limits, up to 6 over on 30 to 54 mph limits) are not reported by the state.
